My receipt says APPOVED I wait 20mins some young guy/manager comes out & says my card was declined. I show him receipt & he can't explain it. Makes me pay again & wait another 10 mins for my $15 of food & now I'm afraid to eat it! If my first card was charged I will spend $30 in gas just for this young manager to say sorry

This is "destination" restaurant for nostalgic reasons. So few Rax are left, so it's great to be able to enjoy the same great sandwiches, sides and shakes just as I remember from Rax's heyday in the 80s/90s. Inside dining was not yet available, likely due to the pandemic or staffing shortages, but drive-through service was fast and friendly. The food tasted great! We even picked up extra orders for family and friends in our hometown and were in and out in less than 10 minutes with 14 sandwiches, sides and shakes. It was definitely worth the 45 minute trip each way to enjoy BBCs, Mushroom Melts, Deluxe Rax, twisty fries and chocolate chip shakes!

That beef bacon and cheddar is the same delicious sandwich it has always been. Twisty fries and chocolate shake were also top notch. Next time I need to try one of the baked potatoes. Store looks a little rough, but Rax delivered that goods at a fair price like they always have. I wish there were more locations.

Time warp back to the 90s and lovin it! 25 years since they left the Dayton area and still miss it. Stopped today on a sports trip. Lobby is open😁friendly service 😁and awesome food😁 Thank you for bringing back a time in my life I miss. Please support this 💎!
