Thank goodness they have frappas! The one in South Bloomfield hasn't had them in 4 straight days! Thank goodness for this McDonald's. My French fries were excellent too!

I'm giving three stars because it's the same thing day after day meal after meal week after week and year after year. The food isn't nasty so if I were eating the food alone I'd have gave four stars. However the over all rating I feel needs to be three stars. It's always the same, the sandwiches are almost always made messy, and when I go in it's so crowded with employees that I'm unable to see around them to my fries being dropped, ( If they get dropped.) or my food being bagged. So rather then being able to catch a wrong item being placed in my bag I have to wait until it's all bagged and then go threw it. Lastly when I went in yesterday there was a manager with a very nasty attitude toward a fellow employee who it sounded like had just been promoted to shift lead or something. Rather then be professional and speak with him in private and give him advice about how to help him run his shift more effectively she yelled at him and belittled him in front of not just other employees but customers as well.

When your order is messed up (again) and someone in street clothes yells at me last night cause i went back to get a simple Double q Pound with no ketchup and add bacon done correctly. Not even busy but kids will manage kids and play on their phones. Whoever the real or distinct manager is please fix this!!! Spent $23 after a 13 hour day and get this.

Staff were really very nice, place was clean, have self check in and ordering kiosks, so easy to use, which is so convenient, no need to wait too long in line during busy hours, but cold coffee tasted below average, diluted, not strong enough. Everything was good except coffee taste.
