i am baffled by the negative reviews here. i had to send off a passport with a prepaid returned envelope and had to go to 2 other locations before learning that it has to be a "real" fedex location in order to get a prepaid returned envelope. adrian guided me amically and patiently, so i don't understand these negative feedback. anyway, thank you for your great service, i'd definitely come back here again!

Can’t say enough bad things about this place. The attitude from the front desk employee who moves slower than molasses in winter is unacceptable. Package was requested to be redirected on Friday. Got confirmation Friday it was redirected for pickup to this location. Came into the location and was told they needed additional tracking information and that my package was delivered Saturday.. Something here really doesn’t make sense. Requested and confirmed in store pick up, now you have somehow lost my package and tell me to deal with the original vendor not the shipping company that lost my product…. This place is a bit of a joke. Go other places. Don’t use FedEx. Plenty of other viable options that have better customer service.

Terrible customer service. The service agent could not understand the international shipping process and was refusing to take my package that already had a label generated by FedEx own online system. Only after speaking with the manager the issue turned out to be a no issue after all. Meantime I got more attitude and arrogance from that agent to last me an entire year. I don’t come to this location anymore. Please provide additional training to your staff and be more critical of whom you hire in the first place.
