It is good for what it is...cheap. the French Fries are basically unedible, and definitely would not order a milkshake again. For a restaurant so popular why not fix the fries? I understand they are 'fresh' but there is another popular place which also does fresh fries and is miles better than In and Out. Service is fast and friendly, consistency is great. They always have a line and it moves pretty quickly. The parking lot is a bit tricky especially when there is a line. They have some outdoor seating...with a view of the parking lot.

Nice, clean place. Was told by friends from California to make sure you try this place when in Cali. So we did. Darn good burger, service was awesome. Good food, very reasonable prices. Ty. 😊

Everyone wanted to the drive-thru at this location so we were in line for 15 minutes. This could have been avoided by ordering inside which I would've done if it wasn't for my napping toddler in the backseat. I ordered a Cheeseburger which tasted amazing as expected - the secret is in the grilled onions and a side of fries. So fresh so simple and so good. In-N-Out is hard to beat just wish we had one in Vancouver Canada!

Come here every week. Drive thru and parking can get a little hectic and tricky, especially during rush hours, but their quality is always consistently good, as anyone would expect.
