The crew that was on this morning killed it. The drive thru line was 5 deep when I pulled up at 7:15 but I was on my way 5 minutes later. Whatever y'all were doing this morning, keep it up!

Food is pretty typical for a Dunkin. At first I wanted to chalk up their slowness to how busy they were, but then the lobby was empty except for us. And then over the next ten minutes, more people trickled in, and we still didn't get our food. There seems to be a severe communication breakdown between their workers. The employees just could not seem to get on the same page regarding what anyone's order was (and we saw this with other people's orders too). Bottom line, unless you're in an island-time kinda mood, you're probably better off going to a different Dunkin.

So I love some DD but lately they have been dropping the ball. Either my sandwich is wrong or the bread is super hard and a couple of times it's burnt where you can smell it from the bag. There's tomes when I've brought tea and the tea wasn't sweet or it taste like coffee. The staff is great and love talking to them.

When you advertise online that you have dine in, you have dine in! I understand the short staffing as I deal with it as well. Yet you still take care of a customer that was trying to purchase four dozen donuts! That's fine Krispy Kreme will take my money, and will allow me to order INSIDE THE STORE to ensure my order is correct. Long time customer, gone. And update your online, as you are providing FALSE INFORMATION to patrons.
