We had an excellent birthday party at Briza on the Bay and did not have a single complaint or frustration since the day we signed the contract over a year ago. Gerry, Nelly, and Harry were excellent partners during the entire planning phase and especially during the event itself to make sure it went off without a hitch. The venue is beautiful with uplighting throughout, a great sound system, the drinks were good and strong, the food was superb, and the staff was gracious and gave great service. We are so happy to have selected Briza for our big birthday party. Thank you Briza for an excellent event!!

So manny good things to say about this venue. We celebrated our wedding reception in Briza , On a Friday afternoon , Harry , Nelly and Gerry always available to take our calls , answer our emails or text. THE FOOD IS AMAZING! i have no ONE complain from my guests! , We had Salmon , Churrasco , and Chicken and manny manny appetizers, all DLEICIOUS. Nelly made sure I ate and had a drink always , the Waitress , servers and bartenders are very attentive , very educated to service , respectful and everything is so well organize, Our personal server was Reichard THANK YOU SO MUCH ! We recommend this space to anyone that is looking for a reception space that is elegant, spacious , affordable and flexible you will encounter professionals to work with ! and they will guide your event to be a success , Our party was LIT!! and we had so much fun. thank you thank you!!

Gerry, Annelys, and the rest of the Briza staff and team made our wedding so stress-free and absolutely beautiful. I cannot tell you how amazing the night flowed and how well we were taken care of from the moment we toured to the moment we said our last goodbyes at the end of the reception. Gerry ran the floor the night of our wedding and he was ready for everything the second I walked in the door. He also LITERALLY saved the life of two of my guests who had were having allergic reactions. They also took amazing care of all of the guests to the above and beyond extent. And don't even get me started about the food. Our guests still rave about the food and how delicious it was. I could ramble on and on, but the team at Briza will take amazing care and make sure your event is so memorable. They are worth every penny and I'm so thankful for them for the amazing evening! :)

I hosted a joint event here, a birthday party and brand launch for my hookah business, @MBHookahs. The setup for the event was beautiful. The only outside decorations I added were centerpieces for the tables. We were able to use the marina for our cocktail hour but also throughout the event for our guests to smoke hookah. The hookahs were an amazing touch to the event and I am so happy the staff worked with us on allowing them. Harry was our event coordinator and wow was he amazing! Of course the day of the event had many unexpected issues as planned from outside vendors but Harry was there to assist and allow the guests to not notice the hiccups and delays. I would certainly use the venue again and I would strongly recommend Harry as your event coordinator if you can get him!

You have to call to the office
The hotel offers valet parking but you can also use public parking next to the building.you may save some bucks if your not staying long hours.
All rates vary. And yes you can use your own Cater.
