Really nice and well kept park! So much to do for kids and adults alike. Fishing, games, swimming, tubing the river - perfect location. Staff was super friendly and check-in was a breeze! We had a premium site along the river and it was perfect. The only knock I'd give it is that it was on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for...and this park has a lot to offer! Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice, clean & quite. Beautiful scenery with the river running right through the campground. Fishing, jump house for kids, basketball courts, river rafting and a beach area. Lots of things to do right in the campground. Downtown is cute but very crowded. Real close to the National Park entry. We stayed 4 nights and had a great time. Thank you Greenbrier Campground

Has lots of amenities that you won't find at national or state parks: a playground for kids, basketball court, and even an inflatable bouncy castle. But while that's great for a day with the family, the camp area is fairly small. You'll hear (and get woken up by) every car that drives by. And given how popular this place is, that's a lot of cars. A good park that's held back from greatness for being a bit too popular.

Lovely campsite. Friendly staff, nice restrooms and showers, lots to see and do. Loved the Little Pigeon River surrounding the campsite not only is the river gorgeous but the campsite has included access to the river in the form of a beach area which was also beautiful. Just didn’t exactly fit our vibe. This campsite can be a little tight and packed at times with lots of campers. And the majority of the campers we saw were elderly or families with small children. Might’ve just been when we went and it makes sense since a lot of the amenities are aimed maybe towards children like a playground and game room. That being said it was still an amazing experience I would definitely return. But if you want a quiet and spacious campsite this might not be the place for you.

No you will be fine. You will need a large site so make sure you book the correct size site.
Greenbrier has a couple of very small cabin-type rentals. They also have an RV already set up at the campground that they lease. There are 2 large "his" and "her" tents that are very large and can accommodate a few people (3 or 4, I think).
Yes, be sure to look at the schedule. It changes throughout the season.
Very pet friendly. They have a pet area and poop bag station on every corner.
Each site has it's own fire ring and picnic table. If you live in TN, you can bring firewood from home. Please do not bring firewood across state lines. You are welcome to buy firewood from us or any other local vendor of your choice.
Yes they do
Yes we offer riverfront tent camping. These sites are the most popular so they book quickly.
