Customer service is very poor. I used to love coming in to Sally’s in Waynesville, but the women that are running the store have no clue about any of the product, are VERY RUDE, and are not willing to answer any questions you may ask. It could definitely be better!

I stopped in there to pick up some shampoo. That I knew they carried because my friend had purchased it there. I couldn't remember the name. There were 2 girls working. One of them The dark haired girl who seemed to be in charge was just Rude! She seemed pissed that I knew they had what I was looking for. Insisted that They didn't would not help me look for it. Just acted annoyed with me the whole time I was there. When I got the name from my friend. She seemed pissed that I they did have it. She was just rude for no reason. The most uncomfortable experience. The worse customer service ever!
