Be ready for your delivery to take twice as long as estimated. Also a good chance it's over cooked or cold. They'll immediately send you an offer for a free pizza to your email but you have to redeem it within a week... delivery drivers are always nice at least.

Every time I have ordered from this location for the past few months, it take over two hours for me to get my food, ofter arriving an hour or more after the store is closed. The drivers are WONDERFUL, but the manager needs to get in the ball and hire some more people!

One star was the least I could give…..We are staying at the Terrace Hotel at Lake Juneluska and we tried to order from here two different times. The first time was on a Friday night. Placed the order at 8:30pm was told they would deliver and it would be here by 9:30. At 10:30 we still had not received our order and I called them and the male that answered the phone said that our order was waiting to go into the oven as soon as the delivery driver returned…I proceeded to cancel the order since it was not even cooked yet! Tried to order from Them again a second time on Sunday. Placed the order at 4:32 pm. The male that answered the phone said that it would be 25 minutes. We gave them until 6 pm and having not yet received our order I called them to them To check on it. The gentleman said it would be here in 20 minutes. At 7 pm still had not received our order and called back and now the male who states he has been answering the phone all night stated that he NEVER received my order…..DONT EVER ORDER FROM THEM IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO EAT!! Not very good customer service for vacationers just trying to get a bite to eat for supper!!!

Been coming here for 3 years now. Whether I'm picking up for the office or home thus far they have been spot on! I order online and set a time and have rarely ever had to wait! James has been there the last two times and he is a breath of fresh air! Thank you for your friendly and prompt service! It's hard to find friendly service these days and your smile is contagious! I hope you are appreciated and the manager should give you a raise!
