Fantastic customer service, complimented my gaming choices. Also talked to me about games while working on my Graphics Card for approximately 30 minutes, was enjoyable. Polite and courteous, really understanding of my situation and the fix took about a day, rather than the projected 2-5 days.

Thanks to Jordan for getting my eight year old HP desktop up and running again. He installed a new SSD, thoroughly cleaned the interior of the computer housing, and installed Windows 10. I am amazed that this is the same computer! So quiet now, and as quick as it was when first purchased all those years ago. Don't waste your time with Best Buy. You will need to bring that to the store. They can fix it for you but it's not as simple as a code

do you buy older computers like i have a dell e310 and compaq SR5320FH, they work just need them out of the way have no use for them an't looking for to much out of them, maybe 10-20 dollars a piece?
