Made reservations for 2 rooms attached, when I arrived I got 2 separate rooms not attached. Beverly at the front desk was very rude and kept on saying "nothing at hotels are guaranteed" And even refused at first to refund me! So if you're looking for a non guaranteed room then go visit this hotel :) Or be smart and get yourself a normal hotel to stay at.

Overall the hotel was nice. The staff was very pleasant and very helpful. Rooms were very nice and clean. Unfortunately sound carries through from the adjacent rooms as if the people are sitting next to you.

Clean and cozy. The beds are comfortable. Nice continental breakfast. Service with a smile. Convenient shuttle bus service to our wedding venue. Highly recommended, we will be staying here again!!

Always a great stay here, no complaints. Everyone is very friendly and always helpful. ever since we found this place we've never had a bad experience.
