Amazing food and beer! I am impressed every. single. time. I’m there. I can’t say this enough. This place + The Ride House are the Crown Jewels of Old Fort, NC! Delicious beer and cider. Great for mountain bikers! Close to trails. The ambience is perfect, open air on one side… pick a table with a view of the creek. Once I’m here I never want to leave. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable.

A hidden jewel difficult to find for people not familiar with the region. Old Fort is a lovely small town about 20 miles west from Ashville, and probably it is not a place where you expect to find such a cool brewery. Huge very modern style taphouse with a large selection of beers. Highly recommended.

Always enjoy visiting any of the Hillman locations. This spot is great, located along right on the creek, in downtown Old Fort. The brewery is really well done with plenty of space and parking. There's a great selection of beers to-go and a nice covered deck in the back of the brewery.

A great place to have a bite and a beer and perfect to take the family. The food is always hot and flavorful. The Burgers are juicy and the pretzels and beer cheese are delicious. My son said his Reuben sandwich was the best he’s ever had! We took our family from Charleston for a late lunch and they loved the decor, the vibe and the food and definitely the beer. I’m happy we have Hillman here in Old Fort, and we can get a nice meal without driving to Asheville. Great job Hillman!!
