Like thousands of other customers, I got foot pain relief because of this store. It seems so simple, but having the best support on your feet is all the difference. If you're reading this review and are hesitant about spending the money on inserts and proper shoes, do it. It's incredible that correcting your foot pain can help your knees,hips, and back in time.

The sales associate that was an old man with long hair was super rude and scared me and my partner away. I originally wanted to buy some Pikolino shoes, he asked me about where I heard about the brand and I said online. Then he made a huge assumption about how we came there to just try them out and not buy them in the store, and proceeded to shame me for not buying local (again, not was I was planning on doing) He kept pushing to make us buy his shoes, by pressuring and make us feel bad for buying online. Now I will be buying online specifically because of this experience, even though it was not what I originally intended to do. Bad customer service.

They are always great! I've got small very wide feet and have a hard time finding anything in other stores to fit. Here they have an amazing selection in my size and they're cute too! That being said they are on the more expensive side so don't expect $15.00 shoes. You do tend to get what you pay for and the shoes I've bought there have lasted and lasted.
