Ellen R was very polite and helpful. I broke the arm on my prescription sunglasses. The frames were discontinued and I was unable to get them repaired where I purchased them. I found the exact same frames on E-bay. I brought them them to this store and Ellen put my old lenses into the new frames without charge. She even adjusted them so they fit perfectly.
