Sarah was Awesome! When we ran into a billing problem she knew exactly what to do. She is always so kind and cheerful. She knows her job and she is the only salesperson that I prefer to talk with. She helped me with picking the best pair of lenses that are exactly what I needed and better than I would of chosen on my own. Sarah deserves a pay increase, bonus and a higher position in this Company. Jesus Loves you Sarah and May He Richly Bless you for all you do!!!!!

Ellen R was very polite and helpful. I broke the arm on my prescription sunglasses. The frames were discontinued and I was unable to get them repaired where I purchased them. I found the exact same frames on E-bay. I brought them them to this store and Ellen put my old lenses into the new frames without charge. She even adjusted them so they fit perfectly. She provided this service with a smile and genuine care. Thank you Ellen R. Very much!

Excellent customer service from Sarah!! I came to get a repair on my sunglasses and she helped me and was so friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to fix my glasses super fast, while she was also making sure other customers were helped, and still making sure I got the best service possible. Overall made my experience the best I’ve ever had at a LensCrafters.💛

I’ll start off by saying that Sarah is an unexpected delight! She first started working at my preferred location when I first became a new customer with LensCrafters. I couldn’t be happier that she is still here. She checks all the boxes. Warm, prompt greeting. Extremely helpful/knowledgeable. Professional with a great sense of humor. Thank you, Sarah for making my day and fixing my sunglasses 😎. You’re the best!

Hello Kris, Some locations may accept this insurance plan, but that would depend on the store location, the doctor, and area that you live in. With that being said, please reach out to your local store directly, and they would be able to advise on this! I apologize for the inconvenience!

Why should I get an eye exam?

An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.

What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?

LensCrafters | Aug 22, 2021

A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

LensCrafters | Aug 22, 2021
LensCrafters | Aug 22, 2021

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

LensCrafters | Aug 22, 2021
LensCrafters | Aug 22, 2021

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
