She fit us with the perfect bed for us. We are satisfied with our choice... Now just anxiously awaiting our bed to be delivered!!

Would like this store to carry coil mattresses that you can still flip that carry a 15 year warranty. Because you can flip and still sleep on either side, the mattress lasts longer. I was only able to find these at Mattress Lot, a locally owned business in Portland. Luckily they deliver free to Salem. Would have liked to have had an option to buy these in Salem. Also Mattress Lot will come to your home to rotate or flip your mattress, a nice service that I haven't found in Salem. Otherwise, the Mattress Firm sales reps are very knowledgeable and friendly at this store. Just didn't carry the type of mattress I was looking for.

Dalisa welcomed me the minute I came into the store. She asked me exactly what I was looking for and pointed me the right products to fit my needs. After showing me the adjustable bed she had me hooked. Set me up with everything I needed to start getting a better nights sleep! Job well done!
