I am very disappointed in the service at Carol’s Beauty! I WAS a customer for a few years now. I purchased some shampoo instead of the conditioner. I came back to return the UNOPENED shampoo. I was denied an exchange. The bottle contains has THEIR sticker still on it. The person in charge couldn’t even come out to talk to me. I know I can get better service somewhere else.

I went there twice. The first time I was unimpressed with the service. I thought the lady was having a rough day. I went back a second time, it turns out that it is a culture to be unfriendly and unhelpful. Oh well, there wont be a third time as they didn’t have what I was looking for and the service needs improvement. I am currently online trying to find other beauty shops.

This is a TERRIBLE beauty supply store! I Do Not suggest shopping here! The staff is very rude, there is never anyone to help with finding items. Terrible customer service. I went they were only excepting cash no card so I told one of the cashiers “hold on let me go and get cash” before I could come back she already put all of my items back and made me go and find all of them all over again without help. I went there a second time I was in the cashiers line, in front of her ready to check out and she left the cashier spot without saying a word. Made me go to the back of the line. once I went to the back of the line she came back. There is terrible customer service along with workers in this store.

Some of their products are a little higher than most but they do have more of a selection than other major hair stores. I always come here when I've something on social media that I want to try because I know they will have it here. Everything is neatly in place and you don't have to look around for everything. They also have a good selection for shoes.

Gail, I apologize for your issues not being dealt with in an acceptable manor. Ive been the manager for 6 weeks. As I'm changing the culture of this store I can assure you that things are done differently now. I implore you to come back and ask for me by name. I always have time to accommodate and talk the fine people of our neighborhood. I think you will be pleasantly surprised. Looking forward to seeing you and your daughters.
