Customer Service is not a priority in the print services team. This is the third disappointing interaction that I’ve had.

My daughter and I were treated like garbage over getting 2 things printed. The one girl seemed to be beyond intimated by the manager who was whispering under her breath…and giving the poor girl dirty looks, as well as, the customers. I don’t understand how someone working in customer service and being a store manager could be so ugly! If she is that miserable she needs to make a career change! I have never been so horribly treated there! It takes a couple minutes at best to explain something! Customers aren’t the issue, she is! However, one person made up for…Alex…She took the time to help me, explain what wasn’t explained from the manager and other sales associate behind the printing counter, and treating me like a human being! People like Alex, are the ones that should be “spotlighted” for being so sincere!

Both my husband and I have had terrible experiences at the Boone Stapes within the last week. My husband received horrible customer service when trying to inquire about shipping a package. Online they are listed as UPS service facility and he was very rudely told that the store was not-that it was a drop off location I only. This morning, I called to inquire about an online print order I had placed and was spoken to so rudely that I told the employee that there wasn’t a need to be rude to customers. I understand the store is short staffed and times are stressful, but that doesn’t excuse horrible people skills. I asked for a manager and she said she was a manager. So I called the 800 number and was given a number for the department in the company that handles complaints. I will be calling when they open at 9.

I have never had a problem until today. I am from out of town and specifically needed to go to staples because in my town they have nothing like that any closer than Boone. I looked up the store hours to be sure. Google says they close at 9 on Mondays. I showed up at around 740 thinking nothing of it and about 5 til 8, without warning they just cut off all the lights other than in the front. I don’t care so much that they were closing but turning off the lights just seemed rude to me. I did pay attention as I was walking out and the hours on the door said they close at 8. They need to update their google listing. If I’d have made the special trip and they were closed after 8 I’d have been pretty mad.
