Just walked out from a manicure pedicure that was a horrible experience. The pedicure actually hurt, which is unusual for me. Neither service was good and I was not enjoying the experience. At the point the older gentleman started telling me i needed to smile, I had enough and walked out without getting polished. It's 2022 - women aren't required to smile to make others more comfortable. We're allowed to have an off day or feel sad without having to perform for others comfort. I was having a difficult day and didn't need to be pushed to put on a social mask for someone else in a service experience.

I had the WORST experience at this nail salon. I have gone there before and NEVER have I ever been so unsatisfied. I went in for a gel manicure and a gel pedicure- they sat me down for my pedicure. The lady looked like she didn't want to be there. I asked for thin French tip-she gave me the most thickest tips. I asked her 3-6xs if she could please fix it- she would get agitated and just add more white! My pinky toe is completely covered in white nail polish. I asked her 3xs if she could fix it and she "would" but it was literally the same! At this point might as well paint all my toes completely white. That's not the worst part... She does my gel manicure and told her to ctt down a little bit of my natural nails bc it took me a while to grow them out. She cuts half of them off! I asked for natural square and she starts giving me coffin nails.. She cut off so much from nails that they are completely short. My nails look like I did them at home, literally. I paid $95 and still gave her a tip. She was the WORST nail lady!

Very disappointed in their service and attitude. We have been clients for 7 years and today when we had an appointment they told us to sit down and wait while they continued to help other clients. Then when we said something, the man said, “ If you don’t like it, you can go somewhere else”. So we will. Wow, so glad we are no longer a client. In your response you say we came yesterday and was late. I do not appreciate you lying, as we were NOT at Top Nails yesterday. Why would we show up today if we supposedly was there yesterday?! Now you show us all, that you are dishonest as well, along with poor service and bad attitude. You now already lost 3 clients. So happy we went somewhere else! Recommend you follow their own advice too and find another salon!

Leah did my manicure and I couldn’t be happier! She took her time and made sure I was satisfied every step of the way. It was also nice to be in the quiet room, especially after a long day with my little one! I had a new gentleman who did my pedicure & even though he wasn’t able to do a design, he made sure he did what he could to perfection. To top it off, I made an appointment and they were very prompt to get me seated/started even through the very busy lunch hour! The only downfall is the tablet that tracks points was no longer up… I really enjoyed the reward system that was in place.

I wouldn't want them to do it . They would probably try to charge you again and not tell you until they were done.
