Went to insomnia cookies ~10pm, was told that there would be a 5 min wait on cookies (which was absolutely fine). After 10 mins the cashier informed us that there would be an additional wait on cookies. I asked which cookies were available (not picky, will take whatever’s ready), he stated he didn’t know just to order something and he’d look. If a question was asked about a menu item he huffed and rolled his eyes. Checked us out before we were done ordering and was frustrated when he had again ring up another item. He additionally dropped most of the ice cream toppings on the counter. When leaving he was almost screaming at the next costumers asking who had preorders for pick up and who needed to order. Needless to say, will absolutely not be back. There was zero costumer service, if I could leave 0 stars and a comment, I would.

Suddenly they got trust issues with UberEats drivers over cookies? Even though they are the ones making mistakes with orders like missing items etc. (Just happened yesterday) I won’t be accepting their deliveries from today on because it’s insulting that they make me mark “order picked up” on the app. We work as a independent contractor not your personal slave!

This restaurant treated my friend and I with absolutely no respect. I have never witnessed this lack of customer service by any other establishment that I’ve been paying customer for. After promoting a menu item that was not yet available and making us wait for it, then saying that we were unable to wait inside the restaurant until it was done I was appalled. As a paying customer, I feel that an employee should at least devote some sort of respect and kindness to any and other patrons. However, this was not the case. In the future, I hope that employees learn how to treat customers and how to be decent human beings.

It’s Friday night! Thankfully the line wasn’t crazy long at this Insomnia Cookie location, and service was quick and friendly! I obtained 6 mouthwatering, warm cookies! 😋 Oh no, I won’t misappreciate these cookies by eating them in the passenger seat of vehicle (my boyfriend’s driving). I am anxious to get home, pour me a glass of milk and dig in! LOL Dude- I just got home. Just took another picture of my cookie box. They gave me 7 instead of 6 cookies! An accident? Complementary? I don’t know! I don’t care! I just know I’m going to enjoy another cookie! 🍪 OMG.. I just dig’d in. These are probably the best cookies I have ever had! 😍 Soft, warm, delicious and not overly sweet! Perfectly baked!
