I wanted to cancel the membership as we were not using it. Tried online but it keep saying you need to in person. Email option also is not there. First they took loads or time to find the account. And then they cancelled the account. Looks like we have paid for 11 months already and 12th month payment is also posted. But the front desk didn’t inform us about this. So I was charged first the cancellation fee. And then 2 days later I was charged membership fee too. I wanted to know if they knew I can wait for 2 days and cancellation charge would not occur. Did t got any proper response. Anyway I asked for refund for at least the monthly fee charged after my card is charged after the cancellation. Bluntly reply it is for the members to understand bill and payment and planet fitness doesn’t refund anything charged correctly or wrongly. All wrong charges are the problem of bank and not there’s. Only positive is that they agreed the charges were wrong. Also planet fitness can update there customer service rep. it will be great. One guy is saying I should have come in 2 days later after 12 months payment and another one says I should wait another 15 days.

This is my local gym. 1st off the staff is kind and is constantly sanitizing/cleaning all the equipment and surrounding areas. Never have I seen a dirty locker room/bathroom or anywhere in the building for that matter. There is equipment galore, probably more and better variety vs some other locations I've been too. All the lockers near the reception are the built in custom lock code versions (set your own code and lock them mix up the number and walk away, very convenient). This location also keeps a Holly Springs police charger parked out front as a decoy to detere crime since it's the only place open 24/7 in that area, they'd witch it out around 12/1am for a new car in a different spot but this area already has a very very low crime rate so the extra mile is nice, the officer was also cool to talk to on my way in/out from my workout. Overall a great and well maintained gym 👍 Remember to try those hydro massage beds, easy 10 minute nap 💤

Friendly staff, plenty of equipment and most of all, a great price! And close to my house too. Bonus! It’s good to be back after two years. Need to lose this covid gut.

This planet fitness is great! Everyone is so nice! Theres plenty of equipment and it is not so full! I definitely recommend it. Me and my husband had an amazing hour long workout today thanks to this gym! Also don’t be shy, this is a judgment free zone!
