Stop delivering all of our mail to the wrong place. It shouldn't be that hard to look at the address on the box and look at the address on the house or mail box. You get paid to deliver mail. We spend our hard earned money on stuff that you can't even deliver to the right address. Whoever is doing this needs to be fired.

I ordered a vinyl album (2 LP) and both of the records came completely destroyed. There’s a puncture hole in the box and everything in it is destroyed, please be more careful with packages.

very disappointed with the service from UPS. The driver (Jeff) in our area of Kamiah refuses to deliver packages to our residence. Instead he will leave packages where we work even after being told not to deliver to our place of employment. My wife switched jobs and was still getting packages delivered to her previous employment even though driver was told she does not work there any longer. UPS should be delivering to the address on the box, not dropping off at some other location and not notifying customers about it. We have complained but it still continues.
