I requested the service to be installed on a rv. The technician arrived, looked things over, and told me he couldn't mount the dish where I wanted it so he mounted it on my COLLAPSIBLE, ROTATING TV antenna with a oversized hose clamp. I told him I didn't like it there and said I want to move it.He said I could install a post in the ground later and mount it there. The next day I relocated it to where I wanted it in the first place and it works fine.🤯

I am so impressed with Airbridge Broadband and in particular their tech, Kiowa. He arrived not just promptly but slightly early for a site visit to check on the strength of signal at my property. He clearly explained both the strength of the current signal and the fact that a new and closer tower is going up for even better service, as well as fees and options. Kiowa was also very patient with some of my geeky tech and equipment questions, and you can tell he has a knack for dealing with customers and a solid grasp of how the signal works. Recommended!
