This was only my second time there. Had a fantastic waiter, and actually some of the most flavorful food I have had in months. Met a couple of old friends there and we all agreed that we'll definitely be back soon. It's just such a wide variety on the menu and everything we had was delicious.

We keep giving you chances and there's always something wrong. My boyfriend and I just went it in to get a take out order. I should've checked the bag before we left so that is my fault. However, my boyfriend's salad didn't have the egg he paid extra for, my steak wasn't well done and our app wasn't even put on our order!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Terrible service. I paid for an additional 6 sides of ranch and did not recieve a single ranch for my entire order. I also ordered bacon cheese fries for 2 of the entrees and recieved no bacon with a small amount of cheese, and about 10 fries. I spent over $100 on this food and feel the service is equivalent to McDonalds. Will never be returning to this location again. I suggest learning from the other locations on how to operate your kitchen/to-go.

Jay was a phenomenal server. The beat author, observer, server combo in the area. He realized I was in a rush and was prompt to provide care and brought extra ketchup and water before it was even asked. He saw I was studying for an exam, got my order delivered the meal and was able to provide whatever I needed before it was needed - in and out in less than 30 minutes with a burger and beer… next time when not studying for an exam I’ll be sure to request to sit in Jays area for service and stay longer to enjoy the games on the TVs with the food and beer
