6 pm Thursday night.Party of 8. Knew we were in trouble when waitress could not get drink order right. Ordered cocktails. They come with very little alcohol. 1 person ordered lobster and shrimp pasta. Came with no lobster. Waitress never told us they were out of lobster even though kitchen told her. Had to send that back. 7 of us got our meals while the 8th never got her salmon meal until we were done eating.sent back. She never got to eat. No refills, table was not cleared of dirty dishes until after entrees served and we had to ask. Then they sat on the both behind us that another party was in for over 20 minutes. Ordered 2nd round of different drinks that never came. Had to ask several times for little things. Server had zero personality. Could have had a huge tip on check over $300 but just 1 disaster after another. Even the acting manager dropped a dessert on the floor. 1 in party went to manager who took the mistakes off and offered free desserts but never came to speak with table. Food presentation good, taste good. Portion on the small size for $25 a plate. Some pics of food to appeal too you.

An absolutely amazing and delicious meal with great service and a comfortable atmosphere. The spaghetti I ordered was delicious and so was the bread and butter as an appetizer, my waitress was great and very accommodating, the rest of the restaurant was very well maintained, decorated and cleaned!

Beautiful restaurant. First time. Service was nice. Veronica was our server. She was pleasant and hard working in our section. Very caring. Food was tasty. Pasta Brio was lite yet filling. We also had sausage and pepperoni flatbread and chopped salad. The chopped salad didnt taste as fresh as we prefer. We may return again.

Jason the bartender was great! Drinks were made to satisfy. Food was good except our lambs chops were little over cooked. Lobster and shrimp fettuccine was great! Appetizer ordered was forgotten. Bread plates were dirty. Atmosphere was great. Very nice decor. Over all good birthday dinner.

Yes... Just have to make sure it's completely thawed before rewarming (stovetop)
Not sure but i think Sundsy 11 to 3
Brio is closed on Christmas day but will be open until regular time on Christmas eve
When you take the Crabtree exit, you will pass one light. You will see Brio from the street as you come to the next light. Turn left into the mall (this is my preference for getting there), you can then turn left and drive down, you will see the Brio building the whole time. There is plenty of parking but it's usually pretty busy. the food is amazing!! Drinks are quite delicious as well! Enjoy!
Brio's elevated and at the east end of the mall. The restaurant entrance is on the south side. Easiest thing to do is park on the ajacent parking structure right by thr entrance. You can take ramps up or bypass mall traffic by using a bridge that passes over Crabtree Valley Ave (check out google.maps).
