It's located in a truck stop parking lot . It has a convenient store that is high priced on everything. There's a Burger King and a subway in walking distance. Subway sub footlong costs 17.00 dollars . Didn't have hot water at the hotel for 2 days

This place fulfilled all of my needs in a hotel. I received exceptional customer service upon arriving here with my booked reservation. I so appreciated them accommodating my request in giving me a smoking room. The room had an excellent heater, along with a very comfortable bed and clean towels and a nice hot shower that I enjoyed the next morning! There was a very nice convenience store across from the room that had everything that you could possibly want. Thanks to all of the staff here who treated me very well and provided me a room that met all of my expectations! Will definitely return and stay here again the next time I get back into the Tri Cities.

Stay 2 days. Rooms were clean but need some work. Paint peeling damage to doors and walls. No hot water for both days. Reported but they didn't do anything about it.

Friendly employees at check-in. Room is clean and considering the age, in good shape. Looks like newer wood flooring downstairs. Bedding is clean and smells good. Bathroom is spotless, although it could use some new paint. Normal wear and tear on a bathroom with small exhaust fan. No complaints, prices are reasonable and for a stranded truck driver its roomy compared to my usual accommodations. Of yes, PET FRIENDLY!!!!!
