There are some great people that work there and really care about the passengers. I would like to see more attention paid to our disabled and/or elderly and the restrictions put on their travel opportunities (i,e. local events that run later in the evening).

Hello. I have several slips now over 7 trips of requests that have exceeded the 45 day window. I live up Butte Falls hwy and its hard to get to a mailbox let alone the post office to get more stamps and get more envelopes. I have a scanner and I know for a fact that legal documents can be scanned and emailed. I want to recommend that this be made available as it is 2020 now and I feel like this option should be available for people like me who are missing out on reimbursement request gas money because I didn't get around to going to the post office just to send these forms in. There has to be a more efficient process. Unless this policy is in place just to make it more difficult on purpose. Scanned documents are legal documents and this should be available to translink consumers.
