Most of the time I've received my packages but lately our carrier has been giving us someone else's mail. My own packages have gone missing. The local office doesn't answer the phone so you need to stop by to get things sorted out and even then it's a hassle.

I have to say that I really feel comfortable coming to this post office. Everytime I come here I am greeted with positive attitudes from the clerk's. They are super friendly and respectful. They are very knowledgeable, and always explain everything when I ship my stuff. The place is really clean, and organized! Two thumbs way up!

I called on Tuesday January 24th, the person who was female hung up on me when I asked if they had passport applications. It took about 15 rings before anyone answered the phone and when I called right back the call was disconnected before I even got a hello. I proceeded to call back and the same. lenghthly time occurred before an answer and when she finally answered, I was able to ask one of two questions before she hung up on me again. I use thar post office for all of my mailings and out front Katie and Ken and Sally (before she was moved to Kent St) have always been super helpful, pleasant, and friendly . I am very disappointed with the rudeness of the lady working in the back.

I received the Monday edition of USA Today (Feb 23) today - Friday (Feb 27). 5 days late. I'm retired USAF and have lived all over the country - including Alaska. This is the WORST mail delivery I've ever experienced in the United States and there is NO EXCUSE for it. Missoula, MT is still in the U.S. but not according to the Missoula Post Office. People in Mexico get there mail faster.
