This post office thinks this is an acceptable way to communicate with their customers. I don't think this is a way any human should talk to another. Passive aggressiveness from someone that handles your personal items and information should never be tolerated. I should never be FORCED to give out the information I am not willing to divulge. (As a note, all my mail is forwarded already).

Incredibly disappointing. Went in to get some help to confirm my address as none of my mail is getting delivered to my residence, even though I have confirmed my address with them twice before. The man at the desk, I don’t know his name unfortunately, was very condescending towards me and implied that I was the one at fault for not receiving my mail. Every question he asked was like he was trying to see if I was stupid, he treated me like a child. Absolutely disgusting customer service, and none of my mail has come through yet, even though he “confirmed my address.” It’s too bad that this is the only location in Missoula that does local mail delivery by ground because I never want to go back here.

Ordered an item and was shipped on 2/13/2022 to Missoula. According to USPS tracking was to receive the package 2/17/2022 at Missoula residence. Package did not arrive at Missoula USPS distribution center until morning of 2/18 at 7:59am, a day late but ok . But then never delivered to residence as Missoula USPS distribution center on the same day in afternoon turned around and sent it to Boise and it arrived in Boise at 7:34 pm that night. Then package arrived back on 2/19 to Missoula USPS distribution center in the afternoon at 2:36 pm from Boise and heck Missoula distribution center turned around and sent it to Billings MT this time and now tracking shows supposedly will get on 2/22/2022 (5 days late) but who knows if and when package gets to Missoula a third time it won’t be sent on to another location..

Even if you get the actual number to the facility, they won't answer it. You have to keep calling and calling. Really bad service.

If it has the right zip code it should make it, if not they can certainly try but there's a lot of packages that need sorting out there and it might not be intercepted in time. Id contact the company who you ordered it from
Yes, marginal cost. Expect them to begin forwarding mail within a few weeks. Letter mail is forwarded for more than a month while FSS(MAGAZINES ETC) will only be forwarded for a month as far as I believe
