Verizon store in Coeur d'Alene use to be a great experience with full customer service BUT now it's like a fast food service. Have to make multiple appointments to get full service when before you could get it all done in one visit. Very poor when buying a new phone.

He was very thorough and made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my Verizon services. He was great at providing suggestions and options for devices and plans that optimized my bill.
