I had a particularly large painting I needed to ship and Vic, Kelsea, and Derek were incredibly helpful in ensuring it was packaged safely. All three were kind, courteous, and attentive. Very friendly and great customer service from a female employee. I am so glad to have found a convenient location to mail packages beyond the post office for personal and work-related matters. A much better experience than the post office all around. There were three people working who were available to assist, but no wait at the time I visited the location today.
