I rode my 2013 FLHTCUSE8 CVO that I purchased in the spring at a dealer in Alabama on my first long ride from WV to Oak Island and I got North of Wilmington and hit major rain so when stopping I felt a shimmy and I assumed that the rotors on front was warped, so I called a couple shops in the area and everyone was booked up for a month, I decided to go to Carolina Coast Harley and buy some T shirts and while there I talked to the two guys in their service dept about squeezing me in to have both front rotors,pads and brake fluid flush done and they were actually willing to squeeze me in on Friday,this was Wednesday afternoon Then they ask me about symptoms and they took it for a test ride and came back and told me that the only problem that I had was low front tire. They could have easily taken me for a grand in parts and labor and ruined my vacation but they didn’t . I called them when I got back to the beach house and thank the again and I want to let others know about this awesome shop. Thanks again guys for your honesty, integrity and great customer service !👍
