Ross is one of my favorite places to shop. Name brand items at great prices. Twice a year I take my granddaughter shopping there. Always come out with a bundle of loot. Something for everyone; myself, my husband, granddaughter, grandsons, greatgrands. My husband loves to buy shoes and his cologne at a discount. Greta selection of styles and sizes. Also have deals on household goods.

Fantastic greeting from the afternoon cashier, the Amazon pick up station is placed right at entrance and gives just enough glance at the store to browse after if you want. Easy pick up process in and out. Thanks you for your partnership and know it helped as I was in the shopping center already! Follow us for more posts.. Fundraiser outside, but credit or debit only....catch it next time...

This has to be one of the worst Ross stores. So after being checked out and as I'm heading out the door the snor thing goes off and I'm like whoops I guess you forgot to take a sensor off my clothes so the lady helps me get one thing out so I test the bag again and a sensor goes off and I'm digging through my bag trying to find the sensor NOT one lady attempted to stop what they were doing to help me get the sensor off and then I tested my bag the third time and there was another item that needed to be taken out and again no one helps they just continue working or wait for me to present them the garment that needs the sensor being removed. It doesn't take much to have 1 person scan files ensuring the clothes are all over the floors. Also, every 30mins someone needs to go inspect the bathrooms because its gross. Also there was a women following us through every aisle when she really needs to be arranging her product on the shelf instead of worrying about me and MY CART of merchandise open for the world to see that I'm not untrustworthy. This store is garbage and a complete mess. Management should be embarassed at this stores condition. Customer service and care lacks with this store. I will never return to this store and dont recommend it.
