Never ever take your vehicle here. I took it here for an oil change that was way overpriced. I then found out they put the WRONG OIL IN. After changing the oil they said I’d new plugs which would be an additional 700. Check engine light came on so I took it to C-Side Auto Repair and they concluded the oil was too thick. They changed my oil and gave me all new spark plugs for 490. Save your time and money and DO NOT GO HERE

Do not go here. They scratched my truck and they know they did. The manager was on vacation comes back and says they will buff it out. NO… your employee scratched my vehicle. He told my husband they don’t have equipment that high.

Overall great experiences here everytime I’ve been. Only problem is that one of the people smokes inside the office building. Also this place has saved me in a time crunch in the past

Always short staffed, always over booking. Had an appointment at 8 am, asked when it would be ready and they stated 5pm. All day for an oil change and tire rotation??????? At 330pm, I called for an update and got told 6pm it would be ready. I had to be somewhere and told them I would just come pick it up. They rescheduled me stating it would be a priority since it was not completed. Here I am at the new date and when I called for an update, was told the same sad song……..Short staffed, try to have it ready by 4pm. This is the second day my vehicle will sit ALL DAY and still not get done. This place is a joke!!
