Tried to charge us from a bill where they already cashed the check we sent in. Charged us $109 saying i haven’t met my deductible despite having 8+ dr visits this year. I have Blue Cross Blue shield, I honestly would have rather died to my infection than be stripped of my money that they already have.

I came in for a horrible cyst in a sensitive location that I needed drained and Dr. Kaminski was AMAZING. She took great care of me and made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. She was kind, caring, and thorough. It was by far my best experience at this location and I hope to have her again if I have to go in the future

I went to doctors care today and I went for my knee crying in tears. I sat in there for 1 1/2 hours b4 I even seen the doctor. and the doctor was so rude before he could ask what was wrong he says to me “you need to go to the hospital because I don’t know what is wrong with you” I was shocked when he said that like what Doctor walks in to his Patients room and says that? Never again and my knee is in more pain then when I went in there!!!!

On April 7, 2022, I went TO Dr. Care with Two broken Bones on my Wrist. The Receptionist or whatever her Job title is (the white lady). hand me a clipboard and said fill this out. I said to her, my dominant hand is possibly broken. She push the Clipboard toward me again and she said, fill it out the best you can! I did the best I could with my left hand. I thought to myself, if I'm being treated like this at the Front Desk, there's no way I wanted to be seen by ANYBODY behind those Doors. I got my Insurance card and Drivers Licenses back and went to Urgent Care, And that was a great decision. I was treated with Compassion from the beginning (front desk) to the END!
