I LOVE LOVE LOVE these apartments. I was on a contract at Grand Strand. I had a apartment here for 3mnths. I would fall asleep on the screened in balcony at night. With no bugs bitting me. My family love to come visit me. They still talk about my balcony.

Patrick is AMAZING at making sure the grounds and all units are well maintained. The property manager is far from qualified for this position…. I’ve personally been harassed by the staff and other residents for months on things out of my control. The property management team is unprofessional and has no compassion for their tenants who pay their salary. I’d strongly encourage anyone looking to rent look elsewhere!

The Lively at Carolina Forest is great. My apartment is super quiet, the pool is great, and the gym is state-of-the-art. Management is friendly and has always been super responsive to anything I've ever needed over the 3 years I've lived here.

I moved here fall 2017, but began the process that June when I listed my house for sale. I have a 3 bedroom unit with a screened balcony & I love living here. I love the newness, the spacious bathrooms, all the storage space & plenty of counter space because I love to cook. You do hear some noise with the wood floors but that's to be expected. One of the main reasons I decided to go from a house to an apt was I didn't want to deal with the maintenance of a home. The maintenance staff is beyond amazing. They are on call 24/7, and any issues I've had were addressed immediately, they clean up after themselves & are very respectful & accommodating to my fluctuating work schedule. I definitely would recommend living here. Yes it's a little pricey, but well worth it in my opinion.
