No paper towels in bathroom, air dryer broken. Asked staff for paper towels and their answer was “we don’t have any”

Bathrooms were very clean and nothing like what was posted on the comments of the store. Was told this location was under new management, so it definitely shows!! Keep up the great work!! (Asked them if I could see their men's restroom just because of curiosity of the comments we saw on google)

The bathrooms here are unnecessarily disgusting. Thick grimy film all over the toilets, curly hairs and caked-in dirt surrounding the toilet, grimy floors. It's not that hard to spend 5 minutes to clean the bathroom every couple of days. It was very obvious that it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, if not longer. I normally wouldn't take time to rate a bathroom, but this one just called for it. Really, really gross.
