Completely disappointed in this company. Was told a specific monthly price and a delivery fee, got our second bill and it was WAY over what it should have been AND had an extra delivery charge. As owners of a small business in Sandpoint we are severely disappointed in how they have treated us and lied to us. Won't ever be using WM again.

After trying to deal with their call center located in Los Angeles, I found out that the local office had no choice but to have the call center take over calls during the pandemic. BUT the office in Ponderay is open and you can stop by with any questions or requests. I needed a replacement garbage container and after speaking with Monique at the local office I had a new container the very same day! Stop in and they’ll gladly help.

if you get the "service not available in your area" notification, email the main company. they are polite and prompt in getting back.

on hold for 30 min. call the local office and sit on hold for 30 min with a national call center for a simple disposal question and when I finally got someone they just hung up on me. another national or international company taking our money, outsourcing everything and providing sub par service. I guess its our fault though.
