I'm not a member, but stopped by to see if they could help me withdraw some cash from an account with another credit union that doesn't have a local branch. They were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help me out. Much appreciated. That extra effort do not go unnoticed and I will keep this in mind if my bank needs every change.

I am a relatively new customer here. I was able to get there, park and go inside easily with my disability. There was a table of face masks immediately inside. The floor was clearly marked with adequate and bright blue social distancing spots. The employees all wore masks but despite that, the smiles were apparent. There is Plexiglas between tellers and customers. I felt very safe and Rhett answered all of my questions in a manner I easily understood and wrote me notes to help me remember his instructions and he was so patient, knowledgeable and helpful. His kindness and pleasance was icing on the cake. It does not feel like an errand you've gotta do. It feels like a place to go when you need dependable help and to be taken care of. I highly recommend.
