They have what I need. However, the enticement to bring my used printer cartridge in for credit was not productive. I did not understand the cashier's instructions, and there are too many hoops to jump through before getting the credit. Not worth the effort.

I saw people yelling at this young women that was a worker! What type of establishment is this. Even if she stayed there for many years or started that day there is always ways for improvement. No way to talk to a young lady like that. Personally don’t know the situation, just felt it could have been handled differently. If they treat their workers like this what about their customer. I felt fire in my own chest from just accompanying that conversation. Those two people should not be managers and have retraining of emotional development for the company. So much rage I can’t process it.

Stephanie and Javier are the rudest people I've had to deal with in a long time. Javier claimed they didn't offer the business printing services I asked for, after showing him the sample Steph gave to me he raised his voice and claimed they didn't offer it at this location but to come back when Steph was working. I come back the next day only to have Steph tell me they do offer the services but that my mother and I had stolen the sample she gave to me. Even after this, I make an attempt to still buy business cards, only to have her refuse to help me, claim that I must order online and that I could not send/give her the necessary file to print my business cards. I'm a small business owner and don't have time to deal with people who don't want to be cooperative and refuse to work. I'd give this place 0 stars if I could, never coming back. FedEx or Copy Corner are far much better options with much better pricing in Napa.

Bought a computer Sunday. It's Wednesday night and my new set up is not complete and I've been back two more times in between. No communication. Miscommunication. Even after taking to the manager directly and him personally working on it to expedite ( they tried to tell me they were to busy ) and calling me to tell me it's ready - it's not. No one here knows what's going on here. I regret purchasing here. Save yourself a headache.
