They literally kept lying and told me my teeth were healthy when I had 2 cavities and extremely painful jaw pain and throbbing back teeth and they aren’t providing any resources to me so I could get wisdom teeth removal and braces.

I cannot believe they are still in business. First time we went they miss spelled DAVID, now I gave them his drivers license, it is not DAVIS, which they put on the paperwork. When I called to make an appointment, they told me to bring all this paperwork, how much money he makes, 2 months of his banking statement, how much he pays for rent and proof of where he lives. When I got there they did not ask to see any of this information. Then we had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment just to have x-rays. Then we made another appointment to start working on his teeth. We went to the appointment and they said NO we can’t do anything for you, you need an oral surgeon. Ok, then they gave us a piece of paper with other oral surgeons to try, the paper they gave us had 6 places to try. We found one and it was the wrong address and name of the place. They also put his date of birth as 9/30/2020. That’s the day of the last appointment. They are really a piece of work, someone should be looking into this, like the county.

BEWARE!!! Avoid this clinic at ALL cost!! Without disclosing too much personal info I'll just say that I'm glad my husband has insurance. Unfortunate for my mother, she's having to use low income clinics due to medicare and medical and what a friggin nightmare this clinic has given us!!!!! From the eye clinic to the referrals department to the RUDE guy that draws blood... TO BILLING!!!! IT HAS BEEN TEN MONTHS OF NIGHTMARE and STRESS!!! THEY (ALL) LACK INCOMPETENCE!!!! AND Good luck calling in and getting ahold of someone THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! TRUST ME AVOID THEM!!!
