Advertises no appointment necessary but when I arrived at 9am and waited in line for over an hour, I was directed to get out of line and line up in a different line once they began implementing traffic control at the intersection at 10am, so I ended up behind 15 cars that had arrived after I did, then another hour later, the attendent said I needed an order number (which you need to book an appointment to obtain) and to get out of line again to fill out the online appointment form then get back in the line. The first attendent could have said that from the beginning... The website kept having connection issues and took filling out the info 4 times before it would give submit successfully and give an order number. After finally getting tested at about 11am, the results arrived after four days. I got a second test the next day through SCVMC and received the results a day later, sooner than these results. It was a much smoother process and various people followed up with me from CA Covid Team (Great team!). Don't bother with this drive through clinic, trust me.

Very unpunctual. Arrived 7am and waited an hour and a half and still was closed. There were many cars waiting and some began to leave. Not sure if they did open. Lack of professionalism. If your business hours are from 7am to 9pm there should be someone working at that time.

this place is not great if you are looking to get covid tested. i had an appointment at 10:30 expecting to wait for a little bit and finish quickly bc it was an appointment not a walk-in, and i waited in line until 12:50 before i gave up since i didn’t move an inch from my spot for about 45 minutes and left to get a walk-in test else where. when i got out of the lane i was waiting in, i drove up to see what was going on. turns out they haven’t been taking any patients and there was a sign blocking the cars from coming in! i understand they may have been short staffed and under a lot of pressure to get these tests done quickly, but a simple announcement telling everyone what the situation was would’ve been fine because the line was stretched all the way from the entrance of eastridge to chili’s and no one knew what was going on and continued to wait for hours. thankfully i was able to get a covid test today at a different place but i definitely do think this place over books appointments that they can’t handle! i drove by the site at around two because i was passing by, and i still saw the two cars i was in between still waiting! overall not a great experience and wasted a lot of my time, so unless this is your last resort for a covid test, i recommend making an appointment somewhere else

Unreal. 1 star is generous. I had an appointment and paid the $129 for a rapid test. I was sitting in a ridiculously long line in my car for about 20 minutes before being told that they were closing up and I’d have to come back tomorrow and to call “the number”. “The Number” goes to a virtual assistant that really can’t do anything. Called a second time and got the busy signal of death. They told us that they were short staffed and had to close, even though EVERYONE in line had an appointment. How can you not staff properly when you only take appointments. And if they truly don’t have sufficient staff how are they going to handle those of us that were turned away today along with the scheduled appointments for tomorrow. What a train wreck of an operation. Unfortunately, its the only option.

As far as I know, you should get tested when you develop symptoms or 5 days after exposure. Too soon, and you may receive a false negative result. If so, you should get tested again in a few days to confirm it is negative. Don't assume because you test is negative you can go about your business, you should still follow quarantine rules especially if you have any symptoms at all.
