Good old fashion home cooking. The prices are better than reasonable. Would have rated Blake's a 5 but the service was slow and not acceptable. It is seat yourself which we did. The wait was pretty long before the server even came to our table. Got the food in quick order. I got coffee and was asked if I needed a refill By A Server Who Was Working Other Tables but noticed my coffee was low, not our server. I noticed that other server was hustling. Don't know where ours was. Will sit at the other servers table next time. But as stated the food is really good and worth another try.

I read the reviews and look at the pictures before we decided to stop for food and gas. On our way back to Michigan from our vacation. The mashed potatoes was amazing and so was the Meatloaf. I ask about the desserts when I order food. I tried the pineapple cake and it so good. I got it to go cuz I knew I would be stuffed. I tried a little before we left. My friends had the pecan pie and it was warm. It taste like no other pecan pie I ever ate in the Northern states. Try ice cream w it. I sample my friend pie and got one to go. Back home it’s always too sweet. This was just right. Sorry no pic of the cake and pie. Trust me get one. U won’t go wrong. Our Server did a good job w her service.
