Came 20mins out my way because I was told over the phone, they had the part I needed. The lady keep cutting me off & asked on ear piece who talked to a lady about a gasket. They didn't have a toliet gasket with wings. I don't appreciate the wasted trip. She also stated that was all the gaskets in front of me. But upon walking to end of that aisle there where more in a sliding case. I went to tell her there where more then she asked me to show her. Which I did.

Went there to get a chainsaw and leaf blower. Walked in and was met with friendly service. Jesse was very knowledgeable about the products and explained the different saws. He then got all of our warranty information setup online right before we purchased. Little things like that make a big difference. I feel I will bring my business to this location because of the positive experience I had.

One of my favorite places! Go here at least 2-3 times/week. Everyone is helpful and things are easy to find. Quality of products tends to be much better than HD or Lowes.

Ace always has the most knowledgeable staff if I have questions. The employees are courteous and helpful, the store is clean and well organized and I always find not only what I need but also fun and interesting locally crafted items.
