Highly understaffed highly unorganized, no efficient setup or system. First office I’ve ever been to that has chairs at the windows. Not a quick and efficient office at all. Case workers aren’t doing their jobs by being throughly or communicating to their clients, most of the people in this office just needed a follow up call of what to do and by when. Now the understaffed clerks have to do everyone’s job, hence the long wait time while paperwork is filled out at the window, and multiple things are checked off on one window visit🙃

These people who work at this facility are lazy, incompetent and judgmental. Instead of working to get people’s cases approved for benefits they are on Facebook lying and arguing with people who exposed them and Partnership Health Plan oh so shady business tactics during business hours. Yes these ladies are on the clock surfing Facebook trolling. So if your worker never calls you back or it’s taking a long time to your benefits well here’s why.

The appointment clerks (whomever take calls) at the Fairfield dental clinic obviously needs more assistance. I have literally spent four days of calling for an (emergency) Appointment to no avail and place 5 times on hold for more than 16-15. Other than that the dental/medical services have been without complaint.

This place is absolutely TERRIBLE!!! My intake worker never calls me back, I’ve gone in several times to talk to him bc I can’t reach him on the phone, then I wait about an hour an half just to talk to the worker of the day bc he’s “not in” or he’s to busy. They cut my benefits in half when I cooperated with them then my insurance was canceled for two weeks for no apparent reason when I needed it so I had to pay out of pocket. I have a son to provide for and his father just passed away and I’m trying to get back on my feet and this place makes it next to impossible. When I call to explain what’s going on I get a attitude from them and they won’t let me change me intake worker, I hate this place, go somewhere else if u can. I dont like leaving bad reviews but I had no choice, I can’t even talk to a supervisor or someone in charge to help me.

This website has great information. Try contacting all of the low income housing units. https://www.fairfield.ca.gov/gov/depts/cd/authority.asp
The worker of the day .. u can go up there or call but i would go up there. Or you can call the general number and ask to talk to your workers supervisor but that usually pisses your worker off.
No, Solano County does not take care of medical bills. Try contacting Solano Partnership.
Balance for what reason?
You must be CalWORKs eligible and not have received homeless assistance in the last 12 months. Go in and speak to a worker and they will check for you.
It depends on what type of SSI benefits that you receive. Go into the office and a worker can check for you.
