They are cleaning up their showroom floor image with a little wider aisles. Framing department has improved greatly with Danielle being there. She did a wonderful job of cleaning and framing a couple of old oil paintings we have.

Customer service is quite low here... must be high turn over in staff like most places. I usually do pickup orders here and the new system of having to go to custom framing is slower than ever. Other locations do not operate this way. Curbside is a joke as it is often "turned off" or they request I come in to pick up. The process was fine before. I rely on Amazon now more than ever for crafting needs!

I would first like to start out saying this is my first review ever. I felt the need to write this due to the wonderful experience I had at the store with a manager named Danielle. I needed 4 posters professionally matted and framed. Danielle was professional and had great advice and was very friendly. She was enthusiastic about this job and it showed in the end. The outcome was incredible. My posters are now professionally framed and now hanging in my living room. Thank you very much Danielle!

Love Michael's because they have so many interesting things to see and decorations for every season! It just makes you happy to look around! There's so much potential to make something you've never tried to make. It's inspiring.
