After replacing our first La-Z-Boy loveseat recliner of 20 years with a non-brand knock-off that proved to be uncomfortable and poor quality, we wanted to return to La-Z-Boy quality! So we drove to a La-Z-Boy retailer where we found a great deal on a beautiful new loveseat recliner! The sales associate greeted us, asked what we were looking for, and directed us to an amazing clearance deal! After checking it out, we looked around at other options, but returned to the first suggestion, which is not only perfect for us, but is an incredible bargain. Thanks La-Z-Boy! We can't wait for the delivery.

After spending $10,000 on a leather sectional, I would NEVER recommend a La-Z-Boy product given the current situation. The sofa arrived with leather damage, ill fitting parts, major gap between sections, bunch up fabric at the seams. Here is a timeline of our issue: End of Sept: Placed order for sofa with delivery promise date of 8 weeks, definitely before Christmas End of Jan: Still no sofa, called and said shipment would happen "soon." Leah was our salesperson before being promoted to manager. I asked to speak with her on multiple occasions or receive a call back. Completely ignored. Never would come to the phone even though I heard her in the background once and never got a return call. 2/25/21: Sectional delivered damaged and poor quality. Made notes on delivery ticket. Already paid balance in order for it to be delivered so no recourse other than going through warranty. 2/26/21 at 10:10 am pst: Spoke to Liz. Service scheduled. Early March 2021: Technician visited, wrote up order for complete replacement because he had never seen so many issues. 3/25/21: No communication so called and was told I have 4 packages total coming after receipt of 1 large box. Early April 2021: 2 more large boxes arrive 4/13/21: Called and spoke to Liz again. 4th package still pending. Liz said Corporate system marked 4th package as past due. She checked with Corporate. Out of fabric, need to wait another 3 weeks. 5/10/21: 4th large box finally arrives. Called immediately to schedule service. Spoke to Cynthia. Supposed to hear from service tech in 72 hours. 5/13/21: No communication from service. Called and spoke to Cynthia. Told to wait until COB and should hear something. 5/14/21: No communication from service. Called again and spoke to Cynthia. She understands it's been more than 72 hours and realizes our service has been open for months. She would be speaking to service tech manager that afternoon and bring up our service. 5/17/21: Finally heard by email from 3rd party service company. Service only available in 1-1+ months! Only available dates are June 16 and June 30. ** I will gladly update this review once our situation is resolved. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau also. ** Desiree - my ticket number is 1-2161310. We spoke early during my calls and you told me not to worry that our issues would be resolved and here we are.... months and months later.

Great experience. Went in on a Wednesday with hubby and daughter. The salesman Andrew was very helpful with no pressure to buy. After an hour and a half, we were down to deciding between two couches so decided we would think about it and double check our room measurements. Came back Saturday and was done placing our order in about 30 minutes. Would highly recommend for quality products and great customer service. Was also very appreciative that Andrew reiterated how long my special order would take due to circumstances around Covid. I don't mind the wait as I got the style I wanted and the comfort my hubby wanted. Would definitely recommend Lazy Boy and Andrew😁

What made this a great experience was our sales person, Debra. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. She was the right balance between being there when we needed and not being overly pushy or making us feel rushed. We enjoyed the HUGE variety of fabrics and look forward to our new custom furniture.
