I took my dog Maggie to get groomed for the first time at this location. Hannah I believe was her name did an excellent job with her. Maggie was abandoned before we got her and this was only a second visit at a PetSmart but she did so good and I know it because they showed her affection! I will continue to take my dog to the Morganton PetSmart. Even the cashier was talking to Maggie as I was paying. She said she went in while they were grooming her and petted her! It was an awesome experience!!! All the associates were so sweet!!!

Nice pet store, huge selection of products.friendly staff. I really like the selection of dog foods, my boys are picky. Leashes and collars in every color imaginable. This is the best pet store in the area. Just had our first training class, It was awesome, we learned so much .

A baby opossum came to me this afternoon and we went here to get goats milk for it. The baby opossum would rather have fried egg with shell broke up in it. But he/she sure is cute eating. Very cute animals. It would wrap it's tail around my finger and hang upside down! Now what am i going to do with 9 dollars worth of goats milk? But nice store! Named the opossum Pete!

Service was nice. Store was easy to navigate. They didn't have my cat's food in stock but there's a shortage now. Unlike the other stores, PetSmart had several alternatives.
