Do not recommend this place! Nurse Amanda Stallings administered a Covid test on my 3 yr old without my consent! I will be taking it as high up as I can! Medical field has NO RIGHTS to administer anything without permission as well as they aren’t entitled to go be sticking things up peoples nose and body without consulting first!!!

Rude front desk. The girl seemed irritated as soon as you talk to her or tell her what you’re here for and answers rudely. No smiles, no greetings, or anything, only thing she was worried about was how the bill was going to get paid or if we had insurance.

Came to UC for inner ear problem. I was met by an abrupt receptionist that met me with "what's your doctor's name". I stated it and said she is in Charlotte. She proceeded to ask about my cough but I had not yet told her it was my ear. She seemed irritated and muttered you are not the one I spoke with. She checked the records and I was in the system. She proceeded to tell me the copay cost. I paid, got receipt. She said sit down. I ask how long she thought it would be. No smile no I'll check for you. Poor patient care representative. Another assistant stated 30 min to an hour wait. I would NOT recommend this facility.

Fierce Deity

This place has a nice looking atmosphere, but is ridiculously slow. My wife had an appointment at 10 for a drug test and we arrived 15 minutes early. They finally called her back 40 minutes after her appointment. There is about 10 people walking around aimlessly back there doing a whole bunch of nothing.
