Extremely disappointed by the service of this Hot Topic location. I drove far to get here before closing time which is 8:00. And they already had the gate down and locked by 7:50. I just needed to pick up my order and the lady working there was very rude. And wouldn't let me in even though I was there before 8:00. Really poor service! So upsetting

I accidentally had some items shipped to this location, which was too far for me to drive, and the item had sold out online. I panic called and they were able to figure out a solution to get me my item fast. I really appreciate the patience and help!
