The store is run by a husband and wife team. I went there recently to sell some of my used clothes. I had the misfortune of having the husband examine my clothes, since he is VERY lazy and judgemental. I had three bags of clothes and he only look at 2 or 3 individual garments and rejected all of them without seeing the rest. I went to the Crossroads and get most of them bought.

They had some cool stuff, but the staff obviously didn’t want me there for some reason. There was one staff member who just stood in a corner, blocking a whole area, looking at their phone. Strange experience.

I came here to find something to use in Halloween. I was late and luckily I found a good costume. Actually the manager was very kind, I came back next day to change other products I bought and they just help me with that with no issues.

Fashion Exchange is a great place to shop for gently used and new clothes. They have a $4.99 rack that I invariably find two or three extremely nice things to purchase. The staff are warm, friendly, and accommodating. I really like Fashion Exchange and will continue to make it one of the first places that I venture when needing something "new to me" to wear.
